College Park, MD.-Engines Bryant made two free throw with 6.3 seconds, to give Illinois their first win over 66-65 Maryland on Sunday.
Ilini was earlier 0–17 against Terrapans, and Maryland led one led to one under one after the Shayani sellers remained 13.9 seconds. Bryant then moved to the basket and made a dishonesty before making both of them free from peace.
The sellers missed the other end, but the ball went out of the border to Maryland with 1.8 seconds. The upcoming drama gave a good look from baseline by vendors, but she missed.
Illinois refused Maryland coach Branda to win his 600th win at school-and spoiled the party after the Senior Days celebrated before the game (17-5, 7-4 Big Ten). Maryland has lost four out of five.
Illinois (17–5, 7-4) has won four consecutive wins. Bryant ended with 20 points.
Brian Shop-Hil gave Illinois a 64-63 lead when he made a 3-paper with 45.6 seconds. Sara Te-Bayasu then missed an open 3 for Maryland. Trying to deal with Maryland’s defensive pressure, Ilini used her final timeout, but Berry Wollace eventually overturned the ball, and the sellers kept the teraps 65–64 before playing the winner of the Bryant.
Kaylene Smikle led Maryland with 15 points.
Maryland led 32–30 in Haftime, then quickly lost sellers in the beginning of the third quarter, when they fell and kept them hobbies-although she was able to return soon after. Terrapans took a 42–33 lead, but Illinois replied with 10–0 runs.
Illinois will host Northwestern on Thursday. Maryland leads to the west on Thursday to face Oregon and Washington on Sunday.
