The second disadvantage of the Southern Cal season dropped Trojan to seventh position in the Associated Press Top 25 female basketball pole on Monday.
The first number 4 was surprised at Trojan Iowa when hockeys defeated him on Sunday 76-69 on Sundays, one day Ketlin Clarke’s jersey retired. The only other disadvantage of the USC came to the house of Notre Dame in November.
The top three teams remained in the UCLA, South Carolina and Notre Dame rankings. Bruce got all 32 first place votes in the poll from a national media panel, which was received by Gamecox last week.

Rising wildcats
Number 11 Kentki’s first year coach Kenny Brooks has its best ranking in four years. Wildcats (19-2), who was last ranked this high in 2021, has its own by-week before the difficult stretch of the SEC schedule to close the regular season. They still have sports against South Carolina, LSU, Texas and Tennessee.
This season only two defeats came against North Carolina on 5 December and Texas A&M on 23 January.
Conference
This week, due to no new team in the poll, the South East conference remained with eight teams with standing. The ACC had seven. Big Ten was the next with five. Big 12 has four ranked teams and Big East One.

Number 9 TCU No. 12 Cancas State, Wednesday
The first place in Big 12 will be on the line when the frogs visit Wildcats. Both teams are 9–1 in conference play.
Number 5 Uconn No. 19 Tennessee, on Thursday
Both of them will renew their rivalry with Hakis with Lady Volumes. This will be the first time Uconn looks at Tennessy’s coach Kim Caldwell’s pressure style.
Number 2 South Carolina No. 4 in Texas, Sunday
Longhorn will try to avenge the loss of 17 points in Colombia last month. South Carolina has a game lead in standing on Longhorn, Kentki and LSUs.
